We're working hard to build up stock for (hopefully) a busy Christmas season and JR's bravely making 40 sewing machines in one go. Previously he has only made 10 at a time. The latest progress update is that he is sick of the sight of them. Haha, oh dear...
On my 'work bench' this week is a doll I am making for my collab partner Billy who designed 'Rangimarie'. When I made the Collab dolls I offered to make each designer a second doll them to keep. Anyway, I somehow completely missed the reply from Billy's mum to say they would like a 'Rangimarie' doll until after the auction had finished. I was mortified that I'd missed the email and immediately messaged them to see if they would still like me to make a double - or whether Billy would be interested in designing a boy Kapa Haka doll for me. I smiled when his mum replied that he'd made the very same suggestion that morning.
